Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• Experience supervising Resident Assistants and/or graduate staff preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and campus partners.

Responsibilities

• Manages an assigned residential community with visible leadership for residents.
• Supervises, coaches, evaluates, and develops Resident Assistants and graduate staff.
• Implements the University's residential curriculum and community-development expectations.
• Develops strategies to promote student belonging, engagement, responsibility, well‑being, and academic success.
• Responds to student concerns and facilitates referrals to university resources.
