Responsibilities

• Resides in the assigned residence hall and maintains a visible presence in the community.
• Leads and develops housing programs, collaborates with campus partners, and supports student learning outcomes.
• Supervises staff, coordinates scheduling, and conducts regular staff meetings.
• Responds to incidents, enforces policies, and documents disciplinary actions.
• Manages room assignments, safety drills, and facility maintenance coordination.
