Bridges to Change seeks a part-time, live-in House Manager for a recovery-focused residence in Hillsboro, OR. The role includes overnight residential presence and daily duties to maintain a safe, respectful living environment. You will support residents' recovery paths and coordinate with BTC staff and partners.

The position emphasizes harm reduction, trauma-informed practices, and crisis intervention. Prior experience in behavioral health and strong boundary setting are valued.

Qualifications

• Live onsite and maintain a consistent overnight residential presence.
• Minimum 1 year of continuous sobriety and active recovery participation.
• Ability to conduct directly observed urinalysis with safety, dignity and trauma-informed care.
• Bona Fide Occupational Qualification: identifying as male due to role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overnight residential presence in the home and obtain supervisory approval for extended absences.
• Keep residence safe, healthy, alcohol/drug-free; foster trust and accountability with residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents and collaborate with BTC staff and community partners.
• Administer and document urinalysis screenings in accordance with program standards.
• Provide crisis response and intervention, including contacting emergency services when needed.
