Job summary

Seafield Center Alcohol and Substance Abuse Treatment seeks a live-in House Manager to oversee recovery homes and maximize occupancy. The role involves supervising residents, maintaining records, and coordinating with treatment services.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential recovery facility or similar program.
• Familiarity with twelve-step program and counseling background preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and supervise resident activities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate housing applications for residents and establish schedules.
• Oversee resident participation in house activities and ensure compliance.
• Supervise arrival/departure for treatment at outpatient facilities and monitor passes.
• Maintain daily contact with Executive Director or designee and report developments.
• Ensure residence is clean, orderly, and residents are reminded of house rules.
