Job summary

Home Work Staffing seeks an experienced full-time live-in nanny for an infant in rural Putnam County, Indiana. The nanny will be the primary daytime caregiver since the baby stays home. The role includes light household tasks and outdoor activity with an active family.

The live-in accommodation is a private suite above the garage with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, desk, king-size bed, and TV. Kitchen access is shared; off-hours are the Nanny's own, with no guest restrictions.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for infants or newborns
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license with comfortable local driving
• Tdap vaccination required
• Confident swimmer and comfortable around water with a child

Responsibilities

• Full care of a six-week-old infant: feeding, bottle prep, diapering, naps, daily routine
• Support age-appropriate development through play and outdoor time
• Infant laundry and maintaining baby spaces and supplies
• Light meal prep for a few evenings weekly
• Load dishwasher and light housekeeping related to daily flow
• Light local driving as needed
• Maintain a safe environment, including around the pool

Requirements
