Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Live-In Nanny/Governess near Queenstown, Eastern Cape, to care for two children aged 5 and 8. The role offers private accommodation and a stable, supportive living environment with a focus on education and development.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in childcare, a background in education, First Aid/CPR certification, and strong communication skills. A clean background check and a valid driver's license are required.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of nanny or governess experience.
• Experience with school-aged children is essential.
• Background in teaching or early childhood education is a strong advantage.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clean criminal record and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Willingness to live in Queenstown area.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive care for two children aged 5 and 8 in a live-in capacity.
• Manage daily routines including wake-up, meals, hygiene, and bedtime.
• Plan educational and recreational activities promoting learning and development.
• Assist with homework and school-related tasks.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
• Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times at home and on outings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of children's rooms and play areas.
• Communicate effectively with parents about daily progress and concerns.
• Transport children to and from school and activities.
