Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The roles involve living in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, and providing care, guidance, and activities to foster academic, emotional, and social development.

Initially, couples work a nine-on/three-off schedule, with progression to a placed Houseparent in a single home. Benefits include housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
