Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents—married couples who will live in on-campus homes and care for groups of 8–13 students. You will supervise, mentor, and support academic, emotional, and social development in a family-like setting.

Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, with a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans. Housing, meals, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• This role is for married couples only (two-person team).
• Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years.
• Each spouse must be age 27 or older.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to become certified to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental and recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
