Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks a Full-time Flex Houseparents couple to live in on-campus student homes and guide 8–13 students daily. Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, medication oversight, and activity planning.

The role transitions from initial nine-days-on/three-off cycles to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Applicants must be married for at least two years, both spouses 27+, and have a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth (required).
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in home.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and supervise student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
