Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents—a married couple who will reside on campus and care for a group of 8-13 students. Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, devotions, and coordinating activities to support student development.

This two-person role requires a two-year marriage minimum, both spouses aged 27+, and a high school diploma or GED. Relocation and care for accredited duties are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple must be legally married for at least two years.
• This is a two-person role for couples aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Must pass background check and driver certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
