Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. They reside on campus and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, promoting academic, emotional, and social growth.

The nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off schedule starts a path toward a Placed Houseparent role, with on-site housing, meals, and dedicated training.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role; both spouses married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel participation.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
