Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social development.

The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples; both spouses involved.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
