Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents, a two-person couple living on campus to supervise and support 8-13 students in a home setting. You will provide guidance, manage routines, and participate in daily activities, devotions, and Chapel attendance.

Qualified couples must be married at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED. Training, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role with joint responsibilities.
• Spouses aged 27 or older are required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel services.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
