Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Flex Houseparents for a two-person, married couple team to live with and supervise groups of students. The role requires care of daily routines, devotions, activities, and transportation, with initial nine days on and three days off before transitioning to a stable student home.

Applicants must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is required along with a valid U.S.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
