Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development.

Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and hold a high school diploma. The role includes free housing, meals on duty, comprehensive benefits, and relocation

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person, legally married couple for at least two years.
• Both spouses age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities with students.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
