Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks full-time Flex Houseparents. This two-person role supports on-campus student homes, caring for a group of 8-13 students and fostering a structured, family-like setting to aid academic, emotional, and social development.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and prepared to live in student homes with a nine-on/three-off schedule, including supervision, devotions, and transportation duties.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and support student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
