Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents: a two-person couple living on campus to supervise and nurture a group of 8-13 students. The role includes mentoring, daily routines, transportation, devotions, and budgeting within a family-like home environment.

Qualified couples are legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role, legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27+.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
