Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents: married couples living on campus to mentor 8-13 students, manage routines, and support academic, emotional, and social development.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
