Church Farm School in Exton, PA is seeking a House Supervisor for our Residential Life team. This salaried, live-in position supervises up to 16 boys in a cottage-style dorm, with evening overnight coverage, weekend duties, and potential teaching/coaching responsibilities.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (social service fields preferred) and a valid driver’s license. Housing is provided, and the role reports to the Dean of Residential Life.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college (preferably in social service fields).
• Valid and active driver's license required.
• Passion for mentoring teenage boys and commitment to residential life.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support up to 16 boys in a cottage-style dormitory, two full nights/overnights per week (4 pm–9 am).
• Fulfill one affiliate shift per week (6:30 pm–9:30 pm) and every other weekend (4 pm Fri–9 am Mon).
• Assist with teaching, subbing, coaching, advising, and driving scholars to appointments as needed.
• Maintain cottage logs and ensure safety and house policies are followed.
• Support SEL/Life Skills programming and help students with organization and study skills.
• Promote inclusivity and responsible decision-making among students.
