More Maitri, Inc. is seeking a qualified Host Home Provider to offer housing and supportive services to an adult male with high support needs in a structured home environment in Denver, Colorado.

The position is a live-in role with a 24-hour support model and compensation of $150–$300 per day. The provider acts as an independent contractor, offering a safe, stable living arrangement while coordinating with case managers and support staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, behavioral health, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and follow structured support plans.
• Pass all background checks, training, and approvals.
• Current driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• HUD inspection familiarity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, stable, and supportive home environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living and meal preparation.
• Implement behavior support and supervision plans.
• Coordinate with case managers, therapists, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monthly reports.
• Manage health services and medications as needed.
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Ensure safety plans and restrictions are followed.
