Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the Health and Human Services or related field is required.
• Preference will be given to those with group home or supported experience.
• A licensed/registered nurse is required for those deemed medically fragile.
• Be willing to share home with the person supported.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour care/supervision in a family-like environment.
• Assist individuals to learn new skills and foster community involvement.
• Complete paperwork and attend IPP meetings.
