TBI Listings Inc. is seeking a responsible, neat, and organized assistant for a full-time home helper position. The role involves comprehensive housekeeping, meal preparation, and daily upkeep of a private residence in Marlborough. The schedule runs Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch break; Saturday and Sunday are off. Pay is $23 per hour and meals are provided. Accommodation is not included.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience or genuine willingness to learn.
• Cooking skills to prepare light meals and occasional home-cooked dishes.
• Punctual and careful attitude toward belongings and schedules.
• References from prior employers are welcome, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Full cleaning of the house including rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, floors and dusting.
• Maintain daily order; clean kitchen after cooking; wash dishes; load/unload dishwasher.
• Wash, dry, iron, fold and organize clothes and linens; change bed linen and towels.
• Maintain closets and properly identify family items; care for clothes and shoes.
• Prepare light breakfast daily and 2-3 home-cooked meals per week as agreed.
• Keep fridge clean and inform when food supplies run low.

# Live-In Home Helper | Marlborough## We are seeking a responsible, neat, and organized assistant for a full-time role in our family. We need someone who enjoys cleanliness, can independently plan household chores, and is able to notice what needs to be done. Duties: Full cleaning of the house: rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and dusting. Maintaining daily order, cleaning the kitchen after cooking, washing dishes, and loading and unloading the dishwasher. Washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens in rooms and closets. Changing bed linen and towels. Maintaining order in closets: ability to distinguish children's sizes and remember who items belong to. Gently care for clothes and shoes, taking into account care recommendations. Preparing a light breakfast daily. Preparing home-cooked meals 2-3 times a week by agreement • Maintaining a clean refrigerator and promptly informing you when food and household products are running low. Our expectations: Housekeeping experience, cooking skills, punctuality, and a careful attitude towards things. References from previous places of work are welcome. However, we are also willing to consider candidates without experience! Terms: 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. One-hour lunch break.
