The role blends home-focused cleaning with attentive care for three children in a rural setting, with on-site housing and a provided vehicle.

The position offers a part-time, long-term arrangement with 25 hours/week guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Prior professional housekeeping and childcare experience.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Warm, loving, flexible, and happy working with school-age children.
• Valid driver's license and ability to provide 3–5 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the entire 4,000 sq ft home, with one full day per week dedicated to deep cleaning.
• Handle daily kitchen tidying, wipe-downs, and general household upkeep.
• Manage and coordinate household logistics, including the children's schedules.
• Run household errands and drive the children to activities and appointments.
• Provide attentive, nurturing care for three school-age children (ages 10, 8, and 8).
• Prepare simple, kid-friendly meals (e.g., chicken nuggets, mac and cheese).
• Provide occasional overnight care (approximately twice per month) when the parents travel.
