Qualifications

• Current NJ Certified Home Health Aide License.
• Must be proficient in English for clear communication.
• Valid Medical Clearance (Physical & PPD/TB screening within 12 months).
• Official MMR record.
• Reliable vehicle or commute method for Bergen County assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 assistance with personal hygiene, bathing and mobility.
• Assist with home meal preparation, routine housekeeping and medicine reminders.
• Offer friendly companionship and safety supervision.
