Job summary
Right at Home in NJ is seeking compassionate and dependable Live-In Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide quality care to seniors and adults with disabilities in Ocean & Southern Monmouth Counties, NJ.
Position offers a daily rate of $205 with a schedule including 10 hours active care, 8 hours sleep, 3 hours rest breaks, and 3 hours meal time. Benefits include same-day pay, 401(k), health insurance, paid vacation, holidays & sick time, and full recruiter support.
Qualifications
- NJ CHHA certification is required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to meet NJ health/medical clearance requirements.
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English sufficiently for the position.
Responsibilities
- Personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting
- Mobility and transfers
- Companionship and emotional support
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Errands and medical appointments
- Medication reminders
- Dementia, incontinence and diet support
