Job summary

FirstLight Home Care in Bergen County is seeking dedicated Live-In Caregivers to provide full-time, one-on-one personal assistance for seniors in private homes. Qualified candidates will support daily living activities, safety, and companionship while on assignment.

Qualifications

• NJ-HHA certification valid in New Jersey.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Medical clearance: TB test and physical exam within 12 months.
• MMR immunization status documented.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 personal assistance, companionship, and safety supervision.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and transfers.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and medication prompts.
