VNA Care is seeking live-in Home Health Aides (HHA/PCA or CNA) in the Worcester area for flexible opportunities. Compensation includes $21–$23 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement and a possible bonus based on hours worked.

Join a supportive team providing essential home health, hospice and private care services across Massachusetts. Roles involve helping clients with daily living activities and light housekeeping in their homes, with a focus on dignity and safety.

Qualificações

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA training required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist client with household management in a kind and compassionate manner.
• Light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with activities of daily living which may include bathing toileting feeding skin care hair care exercise and food preparation.
• Consult regularly with the coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients.
