Job summary

VNA Care is seeking caregivers in the Worcester area (HHA, PCA or CNA) for home care assignments. Positions are hourly with day and overnight shifts. Compensation ranges from $21 to $23 per hour with mileage reimbursement and potential bonuses based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Position requires Home Health Aide Certification or CNA training.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with household management in a kind and compassionate manner.
• Light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparation.
• Consult regularly with the coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of clients.
