Responsibilities

• Represent BYU and Residence Life as a live‑in employee in the hall apartment.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment for residents.
• Develop community standards and mentor residents through programming and conflict resolution.
• Hire, train, and supervise Resident Assistants and coordinate their schedule and activities.
• Manage housing operations, safety practices, and communications with management.
