Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes and mentor a group of approximately 8-13 students. You will provide care, guidance, supervision, and support to help students achieve academic, emotional, and social growth.

The role follows a nine days on / three days off schedule; couples may transition to a placed houseparent while continuing to live with the same student group.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
