Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus homes, supervising 8–13 students to foster academic, emotional, and social growth in a family-like setting.

Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, medication management, activities planning, devotions, and budgeting. This is a demanding, mission-driven role with comprehensive benefits and housing.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Campus is smoke-free and weapon-free; no alcohol while on duty.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel attendance.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
