Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on our Hershey, PA campus. You will reside in on-campus student homes, supervising about 8-13 students and supporting their academic, emotional, and social growth.

This two-person role requires a two-year marriage minimum and age 27+, with duties including daily supervision, driving, activities planning, devotions, and budgeting. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Ability to live on campus and supervise students.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
