Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, medications, driving to activities, leading devotions, and budgeting. The schedule starts with nine days on duty followed by three off, with eventual placement in a single student home.

Qualifications

• Two-person couples role; married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be 27+ years old.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to drive student vans.
• Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
