Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes. You will provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social development.

Work schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and progress to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth is required.
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
