Job summary

AdvanceCare Health Services in Middle Tennessee is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to provide non-medical support in clients' homes. You will offer companionship, mobility assistance, meal prep, reminders, grooming, and transportation to help individuals stay independent.

Must live in Middle TN and pass a background check. This is an independent, family-like environment with monthly recognition and incentives, supporting a meaningful career in home care.

Qualifications

• Non-medical in-home care experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must live in Middle Tennessee to participate.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and reminders.
• Support grooming, bathing, toileting as needed.
• Assist with shopping and errands.
• Provide transportation and safety supervision.

We are looking for caring, kind, and dependable people who desire to provide non-medical, in-home care to individuals throughout Middle Tennessee. It is a requirement that you live in Middle TN to participate in this program.

Pay is dependent on the needs of our individuals but may start at $2,300 per month (tax-free income).

As a Family Model Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services that allow people to remain independent and feel valued.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Requirements:

Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to pass a background check.
