Job summary

AdvanceCare Health Services is seeking compassionate Family Model Professionals to provide non-medical in-home care in Middle Tennessee. You will create a safe, supportive home environment for adults and individuals with intellectual or developmental needs, helping them stay independent and engaged.

Duties include companionship, mobility assistance, meal preparation, reminders for medications and appointments, grooming and bathing support, toileting aid, shopping, transportation, and safety

Qualifications

• Must live in Middle Tennessee for participation in the program.
• Provide non-medical in-home care to individuals.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with mobility and daily tasks.
• Help with meal preparation and reminders for medications/appointments.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, toileting and personal care.
• Provide transportation and run errands as needed.
• Ensure safety and supervision in the home.

We are looking for caring, kind, and dependable people who desire to provide non-medical, in-home care to individuals throughout Middle Tennessee. It is a requirement that you live in Middle TN to participate in this program.

Pay is dependent on the needs of our individuals but may start at $2,300 per month (tax-free income).
