AdvanceCare Health Services in Middle Tennessee is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to provide non-medical, in-home care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You must reside in Middle Tennessee to participate.

As a Family Model Professional, you'll offer companionship, mobility support, meal assistance, reminders, grooming, and transportation, in an independent work environment with a team that values growth and recognition.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check
• Must reside in Middle Tennessee

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation
• Assist with mobility and transportation
• Assist with meal preparation and reminders for appointments
• Assist with grooming, bathing, and toileting as needed
• Perform grocery shopping and run errands
• Ensure safety supervision for clients

We are looking for caring, kind, and dependable people who desire to provide non-medical, in-home care to individuals throughout Middle Tennessee. It is a requirement that you live in Middle TN to participate in this program.

Pay is dependent on the needs of our individuals but may start at $2,300 per month (tax-free income).
