Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus student homes, supervising 8-13 students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

Roles start with nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, then progress to a placed houseparent with a continued home–based assignment. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, housing, meals, and retirement options.

Qualifikationen

• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Valid U.S. driver's license; able to be certified to drive student vans.
• Willing to lead devotions and attend Sunday Chapel ( Judeo-Christian).
• Campus requires no smoking, no weapons, no alcohol while on duty.
• Pet limits: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrates integrity and professionalism in role models.

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning engaging development/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
