Milton Hershey School on-campus is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents who are married couples to provide care, guidance, and supervision for a group of 8-13 students in a family-like home environment.

Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, and activities planning, with duties like devotions, chapel attendance, and budgeting oversight. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off cycle and leads to a placed houseparent position within the same student homes.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan development and recreation with students.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
