Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking two married individuals to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus homes. You will supervise a group of 8-13 students, maintain daily routines, and support their academic, emotional, and social development.

This two-person role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, a commitment to a smoke-free campus, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Housing and meals provided as part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for married couples with at least two years of marriage.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in campus activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental and recreational planning.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
