Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents—the two-person couple who will reside in on-campus homes, supervise a group of 8–13 students, and provide guidance, mentorship, and care. The roles start with a nine-on, three-off schedule, with eventual placement in a steady student home.

The package includes a per-person salary of $46,917, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Housing and meals are provided while on duty.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
