Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a full-time Flex Houseparents couple to reside in on-campus homes and supervise a group of 8–13 students. The role emphasizes a family-like environment, mentorship, and student development.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.

• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
