In this unique role, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students, aiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

The schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a future transition to a Placed Houseparent role.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Plan and participate in activities and devotions.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
