Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes, provide care, guidance, and supervision for 8–13 students, and help create a structured, family-like environment enabling academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, wellness monitoring, transportation, devotions, Chapel, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or in youth-focused settings.
• Commitment to a safe, supervised campus environment.
• Willingness to complete individual employment applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
