Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Flex Houseparents to live on campus and care for groups of 8–13 students. The two-person team will supervise, mentor, plan activities, and ensure student wellness while managing household routines.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
