Job summary

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on our campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of about 8–13 students.

The role blends daily supervision, mentorship, activity planning, and spiritual leadership within a structured, family-like environment. The positions expect a two-person, married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27 or

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples; married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Campus is smoke-free and weapon-free; no alcohol while on duty.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and supervise student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan development/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
