Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision and support for groups of 8–13 students. Couples work a nine-on, three-off cycle, later transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same student group.

The role includes mentoring, transportation to activities, daily devotions, budget oversight, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
