Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of 8–13 students. You will supervise, mentor, plan activities, and support academic, emotional, and social development.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role: married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
