Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples. In this on-campus role, you will reside in a student home, provide care, supervision, and support for about 8-13 students, and help create a structured, family-like environment.

The schedule begins with nine days on duty followed by three days off and a transition to a placed houseparent with a stable group. Compensation is $46,917 per person plus comprehensive benefits, relocation support, and paid

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
