Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living on campus with a group of 8–13 students. You will supervise daily routines, mentor students, and help with health, wellness, and development in a structured family-like setting.

The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, and may transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group.

Qualificações

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
